Class Schedule:
(All classes are appropriate for beginner and advanced alike and are to be taught by Amanda Brenner, E-RYT200, of Kula Yoga, except where noted below).

Tues 5:30pm Mantra, Mudra, Movement
Wed 9am Mantra, Mudra, Movement
Thurs 10am Therapeutic Yoga Hour
Thurs 5:30pm Gentle (w/Rebecca)
Fri 9am Restorative and Pranayama

Class Description:
Therapeutic Yoga Hour: A discussion-format class in which students learn how yoga can help whatever physical issues they are currently dealing with and also how physical issues may correspond with energetic and mental aspects.

Mantra, Mudra, and Movement: Incorporates a mantra (chant) and mudra (hand position) revolving around a specific theme and interweaves them with yoga postures and movement, breathwork, and guided imagery to create a gentle moving meditation.

Gentle- Slow flowing, joint-opening movement with emphasis on breath awareness and meditation. Appropriate for beginners, including those with physical limitations.

Restorative and Pranayama: Consists of a series of joint opening movement followed by fully supported yoga postures held from 5-10 minutes to facilitate a deeply meditative environment conducive to a detailed practice of breathing (pranayama).

Reminder- with Kula Yoga, all classes are Pay What You Can.  It is because of your generous support that we can offer these classes in this manner so that all may participate.
