Rosie Bluum offers a variety of holistic, alternative and natural healing techniques to assist you on your journey to wellness. You can chose from a combination of hands on and energetic techniques that are used to address the whole body, mind and spirit and emotions. We take an open-minded and integrated approach to well-being, utilizing many different techniques including:
Body Awareness Package
Our NEW BODY AWARENESS package is now available by appointment only.
It involves 110 minutes of total focus on your body. If you want to
understand more about your posture, your aches and pains, your limits
and what you can do to change, manage or overcome and nurture; then,
this package is for you.
Spend the first half of the session with one of our therapists,
specifically trained in postures and breathing and get one on one
guidance about your body, habits and thoughts. And after a consultation
with you and the second therapist, a massage and body work plan is
created for the last half of your session that will address your
specific primary needs.
You will walk away wonderfully relaxed and educated; with a maintenance
plan for home; and a complimentary bottle of our Chinese White Flower
oil for any soreness or aches. 110 minutes for $125
Massage
A vital and primary tool for well-being and a perfect place to start on your wellness program. Massage opens you up to caring for your Self and your Body and allows for greater intimacy and confidence within the self. At the same time it stimulates healing for any injuries or pains or dis-eases. We use a variety of techniques that can be integrated to personalize your session. Prices: $1 per minute. 60 mins is $60
Detox Treatment
Our signature
detox treatment begins with dry body brushing and an application of a
Rosie Bluum aromatherapy blend rubbed into your feet, which is then
followed by 60 minutes of a relaxing full-body massage, mild lymphatic
draining included, using our Tisserand Detox massage oil. You are sent
home with the dry body brush and a complimentary bottle of
detox
oil (a blend of organic juniper, lemon and black pepper) to continue
the treatment at your leisure and convenience. 90 mins $110
Seek and Restore
Your session will begin with an intuitive reading and is followed with
balancing of the mind, body and emotions using any one or a combination
of our therapies such as massage, Reiki, singing bowls, crystals and
aromatherapy. 90 mins $110
East and West Synergistic Massage
Treat Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue and Depression with myofascial release, accupressure and stretching in a peaceful and private environment. Let yourself be nurtured as you allow our therapist to care for your body, mind and spirit. Prices: $1 per minute. 60 mins is $60
Crystal Healing Massage
Incorporate
the vibrations and healing energy of crystals into your wellness
massage to reach and even deeper state of tranquility. Let your own
body's vibrations tune in to the crystals and gems for peace to occur on

Wellness Massage
Your therapist
will meet with you to discuss what is best for your body and spirit and

Meditation
Meditation is a
practice that focuses on quieting the busy mind. The intention is not to
remove stimulation but rather to direct your concentration to one
healing element. suggested donation of $5
MARI
The
MARI is a comprehensive system that uses symbols, known as mandalas, to
reveal the inner truth and reality of the subject as it is - not what
the ego filters of consciousness would want it to be, but what it really
is. $70/session for 90 to 120 mins
Reiki
Reiki
practitioners channel energy in a particular pattern to heal and
harmonize. It seeks to restore order to the body when body energy has

Chakra Alignment
Chakras
are energy centers. They are openings for life energy to flow into and
out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and
bring about the development of our self consciousness. Chakra Alignment
helps to restore inner calm and balance, when our chakras are not fully

Intuitive Readings
Enjoy
one on one time and let your own intuition guide you as you select
cards based on general or specific questions. Let us offer our intuitive
interpretation as you discover what specific messages wish to come

Clairvoyant Guidance and Medium
Enjoy
a peaceful meeting with our resident Clairvoyant as she
connects with your energy to give you positive counsel for your well
-being. Come with questions and an open mind and let her 'connect'
